!New progressions starting!
This one will be 8 weeks long and will focus on improving our raw strength and gymnastics abilities
- We will be super setting our powerlifting with explosive power output and gymnastics training!
- Improving overall strength with back squat, deadlift and bench press!
- Working on explosive power output by mixing height and difficulty of box jumps!
- Better our gymnastics through building more strength with increasingly difficult weighted chin ups and strict handstand push up volume!
Dates and things to remember
- We will be getting base numbers the week of 6/13/22, so make sure to come to all of the classes to get those base numbers!
- Remember to save and protect these numbers with your life since they’ll be used every week to find our percentages for the next 8 weeks! Write these down in a safe place!
- Our current plan is to retest the lifts the week of 8/1/22, so plan to make all of those classes as well!
We will also be continuing our fun daily workouts and mixing in olympic lifting through out so look forward to those too!
